Permanent Candidate Placement Agency Fee:
Registration fee: 280CHF (This is deducted from the final placement fee upon placement. If the family decides to withdraw the search or finds a candidate elsewhere, the 250CHF is nonrefundable.
12% of the nanny’s gross annual salary (one-off fee payable once the contract between the Employer and the Candidate is signed).
Temporary Agency Fee:
15% of the total salary of the temporary nanny for the contracted period (paid in advance).
200CHF non-refundable registration fee
Newborn Care Specialist Agency Fees: 12% of the total charges of the Newborn Care Specialist for the contracted period (paid in advance).
All fees are exclusive of VAT.
Placement Fee
At Rockmybaby®, we believe you should know exactly what you're paying for before you commit to a search. Unlike most agencies in Switzerland, we publish our fees openly, because we're confident that once you see everything included, the value speaks for itself.
Our fee isn't a finder's charge. It covers a full recruitment and compliance service, from first enquiry through to the day your new nanny or household staff member starts, and for six months after that (most agencies only offer 3 months).
What’s included in your fee
• Full candidate screening: verified references, background checks, and current or in-progress criminal clearance and First Aid certification
• A shortlist of 2–4 pre-matched, suitable candidate profiles, sourced from our vetted database, network and our live jobs board
• Interview coordination - we arrange interviews on your behalf, or support you if you'd rather arrange them directly
• Salary and market-rate guidance specific to your canton, so you offer a fair, compliant package
• A template Swiss employment contract and payslip, plus guidance on social contributions (AHV/AVS, BVG/LPP), tax at source, and work permits where relevant
• A six-month replacement guarantee: if the placement doesn't work out in the first three months, we search again at no extra cost
• 1-year post-placement support for any questions you may have.
