- A lovely, warm family is looking for a compassionate and adaptable person to join their family as a Nanny / housekeeper, focusing on child and dog care. This role is essential in supporting the household.
Your primary responsibility will be to ease stress within our family by ensuring daily routines run smoothly while providing dedicated care to the child and dogs.
Key Responsibilities:
Child Care:
- Pick up the child from Kita as needed.
- Prepare nutritious dinners and ensure the child has balanced meals.
- Assist with the child's laundry and bath routine.
- Support bedtime routines.
- Engage the child in age-appropriate activities and monitor their well-being.
Dog Care:
- Walk and feed dogs according to their schedule.
- Perform basic grooming and maintain the dogs’ overall health.
- Manage veterinary appointments and any necessary treatments.
House Assistance :
- Perform light cleaning and maintenance tasks around the house.
- Handle ad hoc household tasks, such as scheduling repairs and coordinating with service providers.
- Support daily household operations to maintain a calm and organized environment.
Workload/Hours:
Option A: Focus on Childcare with Secondary Responsibilities for Dogs/House 2- hours per week
Monday: 14:00 - 20:00 (6 hours) – Includes swimming lessons, child pickup, dinner preparation, dog feeding, laundry, bath, and bedtime support.
Tuesday - Thursday:** 17:00 - 20:00 (3 hours each day) – Child pickup, dinner preparation, dog feeding, laundry, bath, and bedtime support, along with ad hoc household tasks.
Friday:Flexible (approximately 5 hours).
Saturday/Sunday:As required and agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.
Total Core Hours: 20 hours/week
Option B: Balanced House Assistance, Child, and Dog Care - 30 hours per week
Monday:11:30 - 13:00 (Dog care), 14:00 - 20:00 (7.5 hours) – Swimming lessons, light cleaning, dog care, child pickup, dinner preparation, laundry, bath, and bedtime support.
Tuesday - Thursday: 10:30 - 13:00 (Light cleaning, dog care), 17:00 - 20:00 (5.5 hours each day) – Child pickup, dinner preparation, dog feeding, laundry, bath, bedtime support, and household tasks.
Friday:Flexible (approximately 6 hours).
Saturday/Sunday: As required and agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.
Total Core Hours:30 hours/week
Requirements :
- Previous experience in childcare, dog care, and/or household assistance.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to the family’s evolving needs.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate attitude.
- Physically capable of performing necessary tasks, including walking dogs and lifting light items.
- Confident driver essential (car provided)
Flexibility with work hours is required, especially on weekends ad hoc
